Wine Review: This straw yellow colored Riesling opens with a floral and light Bosc pear bouquet with a hint of white pepper. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, mildly sweet and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a pleasant pear with nicely integrated minerality. I also detected a touch of mild pineapple, grapefruit, and tangerine. The finish is semi-dry and subtle. This Riesling would nicely complement swordfish kabobs or baked scallops in cream sauce with Ritz cracker crumbs. Enjoy – Ken
